What's my order status?

To check the status of your order click here! If you have a bendavis.com account, you can log in and view your order status on the "My Orders" page. Please note that orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped.

How do I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to make changes to it. However, if you contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it for you. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at customerservice@bendavis.com immediately. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I return an item?

Items purchased from bendavis.com may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers at this time. To see our full return policy click here. Please note that we do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.

How do I exchange an item?

If you need to exchange an item, it must also be in its original condition with all tags attached and must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. After we receive the item, we will ship the exchange item to the original shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only accept exchanges if the item total is less than or equal to the exchange amount. For example, if you return an item valued at $50, you may only exchange it for an item $50 or less. Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled due to stock availability issues. If this is the case, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to process.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all orders $75 and up (after promotions and discounts are applied) if the shipping address is within the U.S. (Contiguous Only). To participate, select the free shipping option displayed at checkout.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Orders placed between Monday and Friday before 9AM PT/12pm ET will typically be shipped on the same business day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. All orders are subject to review which may result in a slight delay in processing your order. We appreciate your patience.

Please note: Orders placed during weekends and holidays may take additional processing time. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Why is my order not being delivered on time?

All shipping estimates are provided by the carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. However, we understand the frustration and will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please contact us at customerservice@bendavis.com for further assistance.

Will I be charged for duties and taxes?(International Only)

The recipient is responsible for paying any additional duties or taxes that may apply.

Do you offer signature-required delivery options?

We offer signature-required shipping confirmation for $14.99. If your order is $200 or more, signature-required shipping confirmation is complimentary. Ben Davis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
