Here at friskos.net, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you purchased an item from friskos.net that doesn’t meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a refund to your original form of payment. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.
We carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny or partially refund based on the condition of the returned product. We kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on merchandise from friskos.net. Items returned with stains or other damage that renders them unsalable will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. After the item has been received, we will ship the exchange item to the original shipping address. We will only accept exchanges if the item total is less than or equal to the exchange amount.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Ex. If you return an item valued at $50, you may only exchange for an item $50 or less. We will refund you the remaining balance. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, we will process your exchange as a return and you will need to reorder at friskos.net.

Start a return/exchange
Place your packing slip and friskos.net merchandise into a sturdy bag/box and seal it with tape. Create a shipping label with one of the following carriers: FedEx, UPS or USPS. Stick the label on the largest side of the package and bring it to a nearby shipping center.

USPS: Place your package in a USPS collection box or return it at a USPS Post Office. To find the Post Office closest to you, go to http://www.usps.com and click on Locate a Post Office.
FedEx: Bring your package to a FedEx office near you. Visit https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/returns.html to create a label or find a drop off location near you.
UPS: Bring your package to a UPS drop off location. Visit https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_US to find a location near you.
