Returns

Here at Friskos, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you purchased an item from friskos.net that doesn’t meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a refund to your original form of payment. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.

We carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny or partially refund based on the condition of the returned product. We kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on merchandise from friskos.net. Items returned with stains or other damage that renders them unsalable will not be accepted.

To facilitate your return, please include the original packing slip that was included in your order.

Exchanges

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. After the item has been received, we will ship the exchange item to the original shipping address. We will only accept exchanges if the item total is less than or equal to the exchange amount.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ex. If you return an item valued at $50, you may only exchange for an item $50 or less. We will refund you the remaining balance. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, we will process your exchange as a return and you will need to reorder at friskos.net.

To facilitate your exchange, please include the original packing slip that was included in your order.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.

Please note: Friskos.net is not responsible for lost/damaged returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number so you can track when your return is received.
